Solo sailor, speaker and travel writer

At 28, Tamara has already wintered alone on the Arctic pack ice, completed a solo-crossing of the Northwest Passage, and crossed the Atlantic twice on her own. Born in 1997 in São Paulo, she graduated in naval and terrestrial architecture from ENSA Nantes. She has published four books, given more than 300 lectures in English, Portuguese, and French, and is an important voice on the fragility of the Arctic climate and its sea ice. Today, she brings together one of the largest sailing communities on social media.
